Join our Cedar Springs Staff family for an incredible job opportunity

Jesus chose his disciples from all walks of life and we know that as believers we all have a different story to tell. Your story might just be the one that someone needs to hear. If you feel that God has laid it upon your heart to work and serve in the camping ministry we would love for you to apply today. There is no doubt, you can't beat the scenery and we would like to think that this is the best place to work and serve the Lord by making a difference in the lives of others. Who knows, your story might just be the one to lead another one to the Lord.

Our volunteers - we call them our "partners in ministry" - are the heart of the camp. These are the people that make a difference in the lives of others through their hard work and dedication to the cause.

#1. Ministry Volunteer: a person who is volunteering on the grounds during camping season to assist with the workload while campers are present.

#2. Service Project Volunteer: A person who volunteers to assist with service projects to improve the facilities while campers are not present on the grounds.

All of our volunteers are important to our ministry. As a camp we have policies and procedures in place to protect our staff and our campers. Our volunteers will need to follow these policies and procedures as well. By keeping all of our staff and volunteers up to date on schedules and procedures we ensure the experience for our guest will be a pleasant one.

Below is a copy of our Volunteer Policy. All volunteers are required to read and sign that they agree to the policy. Our Ministry Volunteers will also be subject to back ground checks, required training, and completion of required paperwork. They must also be ready to share Jesus with anyone they encounter at the campground while working with a servant heart and Christlike attitude.

The list of projects that we need help with is ever changing. There are always minor repairs, updates to facilities, simple handyman projects and major remodels on the list. We also need improvements to activities and equipment repairs.

We could not survive here at Cedar Springs, were it not for our faithful volunteers. Whether it is an individual or a group that comes for the day or weekend, we always have needs. Won’t you consider being a volunteer? If you would like to join us, please contact our office at
